Who We Are?
Since the inception of the NDIS in 2013, the company’s director, embarked on a comprehensive journey within the disability sector. Starting out as a support worker and going on to gathered important industry information by working in various diverse roles, including rostering, care coordination, HR and compliance and support coordination.
With an innate capacity to resolve complex industry challenges, coupled with a wealth of experience and expertise of the NDIS sector, Ability Care Direct was founded.
Prior to starting Ability Care Direct, I worked in various roles as an employee for other local service providers. Throughout this time, I couldn’t help but recognize that many of these service providers were all facing similar issues with no one trying to solve them. Frustrated by this, I became passionate about pioneering a new path forward to better meet the needs of NDIS participants and their families. It was at this point I realised the only way to effect proper change was to establish my own company and become a leading NDIS service provider in Melbourne.
